As the Full Moon rises on April 1st, we are invited into the gentle yet powerful embrace of Libra, the keeper of harmony, beauty, & sacred balance. This Moon illuminates the spaces within us where imbalance has quietly taken root, & it offers us the opportunity to restore equilibrium not only in our outer world, but deep within our hearts.
The Full Moon of April is actually the first Full Moon of Spring! The light of the Full Moon is always revealing, but under Libra’s guidance, what is brought forward is not meant to overwhelm, it is meant to realign. This is a time of seeing clearly where we may have given too much or too little, where our relationships may need tending, & where truth must be spoken with compassion.

Libra’s Influence
Many see the seasonal change as a rebirth, the push of new life & the promise of abundance to come. With that being said, the emotions & energy we will feel with the Full Moon being in Libra, will fall perfectly into line with that theme. We have a call, a message, waiting for us now to release the lingering emotions & stagnant energy in order to make the space & loving environment needed for new roots to sprout.
This Moon can bring old wounds to the surface, but this is our invitation to find inner balance & peace, while also facing them. It is offering us a chance to heal, an opportunity to grow, but of course this does not come without challenges. Libra is the sign of balance, its energy is drawing peace & harmony to our lives. But finding a balance in our lives can be challenging, there may be a lot of push & pull from both sides of a situation when dealing with matters of the heart.
Libra reminds us that balance is not a fixed state, but it is a living, breathing practice. Libra encourages us to make intellectual decisions at this moment, not sentimental ones. Once we can confidently say we feel centered within, we can truly empathize with others.

This Moon carries the energy of reflection through relationship. You may find that emotions about those close to you arise – partners, family, friendships, or even your relationship with yourself. Pay attention to where harmony feels natural, & where tension asks for your attention. This is not a time for harsh judgment, but for observation. The medicine of Libra is found in fairness, in listening deeply, & in choosing peace without abandoning truth.
There is also a strong current of the heart during this Full Moon. Libra is ruled by the energy of love & beauty, & so we are asked to return to what is truly meaningful. Where have you forgotten your own worth? Where have you dimmed your light to maintain peace? True harmony does not come from silence or sacrifice of the self, it comes from honoring your spirit while remaining open to others.
The Pink Moon
This Full Moon is also known as the Pink Moon, a name gifted through ancestral observation of the Earth’s rhythms. It does not speak to the color of the Moon itself, but to the blossoming of wild ground phlox, delicate pink flowers that begin to blanket the land in early spring.
The Pink Moon carries the energy of renewal, of life returning after rest, of beauty emerging softly yet powerfully from the soil. It is a reminder that even after seasons of stillness, growth is inevitable. The Earth teaches us that balance is not only about maintaining, it is also about allowing cycles of rebirth.

Under this Moon, we are invited to open like the flowers … To soften, to trust the unfolding, & to remember that healing often arrives gently. Just as the blossoms do not rush their blooming, we too are asked to honor our timing.
To work with this energy, I invite you into simple yet powerful practices …
Sit in stillness beneath the Moon, with a rose quartz crystal in hand, & place your hands over your heart. Breathe deeply & allow whatever arises to be seen without resistance.
Cleanse your energy through water with spiritual bathing & intention, allowing the waters to wash away what no longer serves your inner peace.
Create an offering, whether it is ceremony, flowers, prayer, or a small act of kindness. Libra teaches us that beauty is a form of healing, & that when we create harmony in our surroundings, we support harmony within.

Words of Wisdom
Do not be afraid to choose yourself, & do not be afraid to choose love. The two are not separate. Balance is not found in extremes but found in the sacred middle, where truth & compassion meet.
Let this be a time of forgiveness, of softening what has been hardened, & of restoring harmony where there has been separation. Trust that as you align with truth, beauty, & love, the path before you will become clearer. You are always being guided back to the center of your own heart … Where peace lives, where wisdom speaks, & where your spirit is free.
As this Full Moon reaches its fullness, may you remember that you are not here to carry the weight of imbalance. You are here to be a vessel of harmony, a bridge between worlds, a being of light who walks with grace & intention.
Return to your center, return to your heart, & from that place … Let all things be made right.
~ Blessings!
