You can shop 24 hours a day on our website. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada, and checks or money orders. For check orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our offices.

CHECK AND MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS

For orders paid by check or money order, please email orders4loveandlight@gmail.com to set up up an appointment for your order. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

At this time, we don’t have an option for a local pickup in Boise or New Mexico. 

 

We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. Our guarantee is that if you wish to return products for any reason, you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Some exclusions may apply, so please read the full return policy for additional information.

 

DISCREPANCIES AND SHORTAGES

If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately at info.loveandlightllc@gmail.com

 

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise, and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

 

/Exchanges:
 

No refunds for any webinar or video purchases - we accept exchanges only on merchandise. 

 

Please strongly consider your purchase as we are not reselling exchanged items during COVID.

Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and not have been exposed to water.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached. 

  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     

Exchange Processing 

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

  • We do not pay for the shipping of exchanges

We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by Love and Light LLC. Original shipping is non-refundable. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. 

 

If you paid for your order with a check/money order, we can issue a refund in the form of a company check 30 days after your invoice date.

 

Items that are shipped back as a return need to be matched to your original invoice. Please provide any information that can help us identify the account or original purchase that matches the returned items.


Policy Restrictions:
 

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.

 

We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. 

 

Refunds will only be issued for a product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

 

We do not accept returns of opened essential oils, sacred baths, Florida water, or herbal extracts. The tamper-evident safety seal must remain unbroken (in these sizes only) in order to qualify for a refund.

 

Love and Light LLC will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

 

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
