The Ajna chakra is associated with light & illumination. You carry wisdom within you, a “light,” that can brighten your path. When you tap into the Ajna chakra you have a greater awareness of the world around you, & your eyes are truly open.
 
These little creatures stand on the altars at The Path. They bring the temples & the home so much nurturing energy. Some even believe they can attract good fortune or good luck.
 
Duendes are mythical creatures from traditional folklore in Latin America, Spain, & Europe. Some may believe in them, some may not. It is all about what we choose to believe in this journey of ours. The magic we find in everyday life is unique to every individual, creating a one of a kind experience for us all.
 
Duende or tener duende (“having duende”) can be loosely translated as having soul, a heightened state of emotion, expression, & heart. The artistic & especially musical term was derived from the duende, a fairy or goblin-like creature in Spanish & Latin American mythology. El duende is the spirit of evocation.
