What You Will Need:
A comfortable space to set your intentions for your ritual
30 minutes of quiet time
Optional: journal and music depending on how you want to set your intentions
Set up your space for a comfortable meditation and grab your favorite mug. Optional: put on music that will help create this space more comfortable.
Make your tea by steeping the tea blend into 6-10 ounces of boiling hot water for 5-8 minutes depending on what you prefer.
You are now ready for your tea meditation ritual. Start a full mind-body process by diving into a deeper presence within yourself by asking:
"What does my body need right now?"
"What does my mind need right now?"
"What does my heart need right now?"
Think deeply on these questions as you sip your tea and listen to your body. You can journal these questions down if this helps you with your meditation. Continue to breathe deeply and listen to what your body is telling you for the remainder of your ritual time.
