February Full Moon Journaling Ritual

The February Full Moon, also known as the Snow Moon, is tonight in the sign of Leo! It is referred to as the snow moon because February is usually the snowiest month of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This Full Moon is right in the middle of the first month on the Chinese calendar. The full moon occurs when the moon is exactly on the opposite side of the Earth from the sun. In honor of this special day, we have created a journaling ritual.

What You Will Need:

  • Journal (I love our Moon Phase Spiritual Journal for my monthly Full Moon rituals)

  • Pen or pencil whichever you prefer

  • A comfortable space to sit and reflect (I like to smudge the room to clear negative energies)

  • A cup of Tea

Before starting your journaling ritual, spend five minutes of meditation with your eyes closed. Set your intentions and let go of anything weighing heavily over you.

Journal Prompts:

  1. How am I feeling on this Full Moon?

  2. For the rest of this month, I want to achieve...

  3. What am I proud of myself for accomplishing so far this year?

  4. What do I dream of and what energies or ties do I need to release to achieve these dreams?

  5. Set 3 positive intentions for this Full Moon.

  6. I feel most connected to the universe when...

Take as much time as you need to reflect within yourself while doing your journaling meditation ritual.

Love and Light!
