7 Ways to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives. This blog will help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.




  1. Start each day with gratitude. Taking a few moments to reflect in the morning can set a positive and uplifting tone for your day. Keeping a journal for this would be helpful. I love our Leather Tree Goddess Spiritual Journal.

  2. Be mindful. Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives. You don’t have to wait ten years to experience this happiness. It is present in every moment of your daily life.

  3. Mindful Breathing. These exercises identify the in-breath as in-breath and the out-breath as out-breath. When you breathe in, you know that this is your in-breath. When you breathe out, you are mindful that this is your out-breath.

  4. Make your bed with mindfulness. Instead of viewing it as a mundane task or a chore, turn bed-making into a moving meditation. Enjoy making your space a more comfortable environment,

  5. Set positive daily intentions. When you wake up in the morning, start your day with positivity.

  6. Whether it’s to let something negative go or speak to those around you with kindness, let this intention be your guiding light and change it based on what you need for the day.

  7. Try a daily walking meditation. Find a peaceful place in nature where you won’t be disturbed, then walk slowly and mindfully along the path. Walking meditation involves bringing consciousness to an automatic activity you don’t even consider.
