A simple fire ceremony is a transformative ceremony and ritual that can be performed on a full moon as a way of releasing something that no longer serves you.
This is something that Grandmother Flordemayo mentions often we need to let go of things that don't serve us in a positive way. This is a simple ceremony you can do at home:
Always set your intention with prayer and toward the ceremony or ritual
Write down what does not serve you and focus clearly on that intention
Light the slip of paper on fire and drop it into a bowl of water
As it burns, imagine what you are letting go of that does not serve you and more importantly the intention of your prayer, and releasing it into the four directions.
Once the paper is finished burning, you can take the ashes and water and give it back to the earth or keep it on your altar in prayer.
You can pour the water and ashes on the ground with the intention to take what does not serve you and to release it back to Mother Earth
