November Full Moon Ritual

The Moon has a special connection to water. Moon Baths help us feel a little more connected to our emotions and nature. A moon bath is the celebration of the alignment we share to the moon cycle, as well as nature, helping us all feel more connected to the outside, even though many of us are helping to flatten the curve by staying inside. By taking a lunar bath, we can embrace all of our emotional desires, which is essential with self-care. The reason behind this is that the moon controls the tides of the seas and oceans.

Step 1: Prepare your salt

Mix 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and 1/4 of Himalayan pink salt in a bowl. Or you can use one of Flordemayo's Sacred Baths. Grandmother Flordemayo's Sacred Love, Light & Lavender Sacred Salt Bath is full of relaxing properties and energy. Lavender helps de-stress the mind and body. Black Hawaiian Lava Salt is infused with charcoal from lava. Charcoal has many benefits. The activated coconut charcoal in the Black Lava Hawaiian Sea Salt makes this salt perfect for detoxification.

Step 2: Use Essential Oils

Grandmother Flordemayo recommends the Love and Light Dream Meditation Oil. If you have dried flowers you can add those to your bath as well.

Step 3: Set Your Intentions

You can cleanse your space with sage to get ready to set your positive intentions. Lighting candles are also recommended. Add crystals to your bath water or near it.

Step 4: Meditate

Allow the water to enhance your deepest feelings to help transpire the vision of what you are creating for this new cycle.

Wishing You a Blessed Full Moon,
