A relaxing and revitalizing soak that is easy to make
3/4 cup Epsom Salt 1 tbsp. Pink Himalayan Salt 1 tbsp. Dried Lavender Buds (or 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil) Zest from Half a Medium Sized Lemon (or 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil) The essential ouls are shelf-stable, so your salt soak will have a longer shelf life without the fresh ingredients (if you are not planning to use it right away or if you would prefer to double or triple the recipe for future use.) Combine the Epsom salt along with the Himalayan salt, then carefully mix in the lavender flowers and/or the essential oils. Zest the lemon into the salts (or add lemon essential oil), stir and then let rest for about 20 minutes so the ingredients can mingle.
